Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you order from Byens Pizzaria through this website.

Ordering

You place an order by completing the checkout. You get an order confirmation with an order number. If we cannot make your order, we will contact you on the phone number you gave.

Prices

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Delivery fees depend on your postcode and are shown before you place the order.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver to the postcodes shown at checkout. Delivery needs a minimum order value that depends on the area. Times shown are estimates, and can be longer when we are very busy. For pickup, collect your order at Torvegade 7 C, 7800 Skive.

Payment

You pay with cash or by card when you receive or collect your order. You can also pay online with crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT or USDC). A crypto payment counts as paid once we have seen it in our wallet.

Cancelling

Our food is made fresh to order. Because of this, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to food orders. If you need to change or cancel an order, call us as soon as possible and we will do what we can before cooking starts.

Allergies

If you have an allergy or intolerance, call us before you order and tell us what you cannot eat.

Problems with your order

If something is wrong with your order, contact us straight away on +45 97 52 35 45 or [email protected] and we will make it right. If we cannot agree, you can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).

Danish law applies to these terms.
