What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address (for delivery), email address (optional), the contents of your order and any notes you write.
- When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.
- If you create an account: your name, email address, phone number and saved addresses.
- We never ask for card numbers on this website.
Why we use it
We use your data to prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to send an order confirmation and to answer your messages. The legal basis is that it is necessary to fulfil your order (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). We also keep order records because the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires it (article 6(1)(c)).
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work: one to remember your cart and your session, one to protect forms against misuse and one to remember the language you chose. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who receives your data
Our staff, and the companies that host this website and send our emails on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for the period required by Danish bookkeeping rules (currently five years after the end of the financial year). Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy of it. Write to us at the email address above. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).
